  • Identify training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) across clinical and non-clinical departments.
  • Design and implement training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Develop training calendars and ensure timely execution of scheduled programs.
  • Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and compliance documentation (NABH requirements).
  • Liaise with external trainers and vendors for specialized training programs.
  • Support employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
