  2. Design and implement training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives.
  3. Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  4. Develop training calendars and ensure timely execution of scheduled programs.
  5. Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  6. Maintain training records, attendance, and compliance documentation (NABH requirements).
  7. Liaise with external trainers and vendors for specialized training programs.
  8. Support employee engagement and leadership development initiatives.
