Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Job Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment tracker, database, and hiring reports (MIS).
Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined TAT.
