• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
• Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, and pediatric ventilators.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and pediatric dosage calculations accurately.
• Assist doctors during emergency procedures (intubation, CPR, central line).
• Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Record and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Educate and counsel parents about child’s condition and care plan.
• Respond promptly to pediatric emergencies and code blue situations.
