- Job Title: Staff Nurse NICU

Job Description
- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns (preterm, low birth weight, critical neonates).
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, and incubator settings.
- Administer neonatal medications and IV fluids with accurate dosage calculation.
- Assist doctors during procedures (intubation, surfactant therapy, umbilical line insertion).
- Handle neonatal ventilators, CPAP, phototherapy units, and infusion pumps.
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Record and maintain detailed neonatal nursing documentation.
- Educate and counsel parents regarding newborn care and feeding.
