Job Description

  1. Assist cardiologists during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures (angiography, angioplasty, stenting, etc.).
  2. Prepare Cath Lab equipment and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready before procedures.
  3. Monitor patient vitals (BP, ECG, oxygen levels) during procedures and report abnormalities immediately.
  4. Operate Cath Lab imaging systems and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
  5. Maintain proper documentation of procedures and patient records.
  6. Ensure radiation safety protocols are strictly followed.
  7. Manage inventory of consumables such as catheters, guidewires, and stents.
  8. Handle emergency situations efficiently inside the Cath Lab.
