Job Description

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and business objectives.
Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives and Sales Executives.
Monitor daily field activities, joint calls, and coverage plans.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of Medical Representatives / Sales Executives.
Develop business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key clients.
Conduct field visits, joint calls, and review meetings.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and key customers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance in the assigned area.
