6. Supervise and execute OSD production activities during the shift.
7. Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
8. Review and maintain BMR/BPR documentation accurately.
9. Monitor granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling processes.
10. Handle deviations, change controls, and support CAPA implementation.
11. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance departments.
12. Train and guide production staff and operators.
13. Ensure safety, hygiene, and line clearance in the production area.
