Job Description
- Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) in compliance with cGMP standards.
- Ensure production targets, schedules, and quality standards are met efficiently and safely.
- Monitor equipment performance, process parameters, and material usage to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain batch records, production logs, and documentation as per regulatory and company requirements.
- Implement and monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with QC/QA teams to ensure product quality and timely resolution of deviations or non-conformities.
- Train, supervise, and guide junior staff or operators on production processes and safety practices.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and cost optimization activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in manufacturing operations.
