Job Description

  • Conduct testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Perform analytical, microbiological, and chemical tests accurately.
  • Record, analyze, and report test results to the production and QA teams.
  • Identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.
  • Maintain calibration and proper functioning of QC instruments and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines like ISO, GMP, or NABL as applicable.
  • Participate in internal audits, documentation, and quality improvement activities.
  • Assist in method development, validation, and troubleshooting of QC processes.
