Job Description
- Lead and manage the Quality Control department.
- Ensure compliance with GMP / GLP / regulatory guidelines.
- Review and approve raw material, in-process, and finished product test results.
- Supervise QC team and manage training, performance, and scheduling.
- Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT results, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
- Maintain QC documentation, SOPs, and data integrity.
