Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, FDA, or local guidelines).
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee internal audits, process audits, and vendor audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review, approve, and maintain SOPs, protocols, and quality documentation.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, deviations, and non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
