Job Description

We're not hiring a physiotherapist. We're hiring the person who will lead physiotherapy at MedFits.
MedFits is a functional health practice built on one belief pain is a messenger, not the problem. We don't manage symptoms. We identify the root cause, correct the movement, and take clients from pain to performance.
We're looking for a experienced physiotherapist to lead this work and own the physiotherapy function end-to-end.
Most physios treat what hurts. You will be the one who finds why it hurts the imbalance, the compensation, the movement pattern, the lifestyle habit, the old injury that was never addressed. Then you design the path from pain, through correction, to performance.
You will work alongside our Functional Medicine Doctor, Lifestyle Dietician, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. One client, one plan, four experts. You lead the movement side of every case.
Diagnostic assessments functional movement screens, postural and gait analysis, biomechanical breakdowns
Root-cause identification connecting symptoms to movement patterns, lifestyle factors, and injury history
Pain-to-performance programming not just rehab, but the full progression from recovery to functional strength and performance
Client consultations, education, and progression tracking
Setting the clinical protocols, assessment frameworks, and standards for the physiotherapy function
Deep collaboration with the doctor, dietician, and coach on every case
Building and mentoring the physiotherapy team as MedFits scales
Deep working knowledge of biomechanics, kinesiology, and movement physiology this is the job, not a bonus
Proven ability to take a client from pain correction performance (not just pain pain-free)
Excellent communicator on video, in person, and in writing. You can explain complex concepts simply
You think diagnostically, not procedurally. You investigate before you intervene
Experience leading, mentoring, or setting standards for other physios or ready to step into that role
Committed, responsible, evidence-driven, and collaborative
Not a hospital role (we are not managing in-patients or post-op discharge)
Not a conventional clinic role (no high-volume, modality-driven, 10-minute consults)
Not a rehab-only role (if your work ends when pain ends, this is not for you)
Not entry-level (we need someone who can lead, not someone who needs leading)
