Job Description
- Conduct pulmonary function tests (PFT) including spirometry, lung volume measurements, diffusion tests, and other respiratory function assessments.
- Prepare and calibrate PFT equipment and ensure it is functioning properly before each test.
- Explain test procedures to patients and guide them to perform tests accurately.
- Record and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper documentation of all tests and patient records.
- Follow infection control procedures and ensure proper hygiene of equipment and testing areas.
