Job Description
- Prepare and set up the operation theater before surgical procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and sterilized supplies are ready and functioning.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during surgical procedures.
- Handle and operate surgical instruments, suction machines, cautery devices, and other OT equipment.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Monitor and support patients during pre-, intra-, and post-operative care as directed.
