Job Description

  1. Set up, calibrate, and prepare robotic surgical systems (e.g., da Vinci) before procedures.
  2. Assist surgeons during robotic surgeries by managing robotic instruments and equipment.
  3. Ensure proper sterilization and handling of robotic instruments.
  4. Perform pre-operative and post-operative equipment checks.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and instrument usage.
  6. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and biomedical teams.
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot robotic system issues during surgery.
  8. Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols (NABH/JCI standards).
