Job Description
- Prepare and assist in Pediatric CTVS (Cardio-Thoracic & Vascular Surgery) procedures.
- Set up OT instruments, heart-lung machine accessories, and surgical equipment.
- Ensure sterilization and proper handling of pediatric cardiac instruments.
- Assist surgeons and perfusionists during cardiac surgeries.
- Monitor OT inventory and maintain surgical consumables stock.
- Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative equipment checks.
- Maintain documentation and support during audits (NABH/JCI).
