Job Description

1. Operate and monitor Softgel manufacturing equipment such as gelatin melting tanks, encapsulation machines, tumble dryers, and sorting machines.
2. Execute production activities as per BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and approved SOPs.
3. Prepare and check gelatin mass, fill material, and ensure proper encapsulation parameters (temperature, pressure, ribbon thickness).
4. Perform line clearance before and after batch processing to prevent cross-contamination.
5. Monitor in-process parameters such as capsule weight, leak test, and appearance checks.
6. Maintain compliance with cGMP guidelines and regulatory standards such as U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) and World Health Organization (WHO-GMP).
