2. Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, screw speed, and material feed rate to ensure product quality.
3. Prepare and feed raw materials accurately according to batch instructions and SOPs.
4. Inspect in-process material for consistency, defects, and adherence to quality specifications.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of HME area and equipment following GMP standards.
6. Record production activities, machine readings, and batch documentation accurately.
