Role Summary

• We’re looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll assess and treat children with autism and other developmental differences, focusing on sensory integration, fine motor skills, self-care, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assessment & Planning : Conduct standardized assessments and create individualized therapy plans based on each child’s needs and family goals.
• Therapy Sessions : Deliver 1:1 and small group OT sessions using sensory integration, play-based, and functional approaches.
• Collaboration : Work closely with ABA therapists, SLPs, and parents to ensure consistent, holistic care.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and goal tracking as per clinic standards.
• Parent Coaching: Educate and train families on home strategies to carry over skills.
• Team Growth : Participate in case discussions, training, and help create a positive center culture.

Qualifications

• Required: BOT RCI registration.
• Preferred : Fresher pediatric experience, especially with autism spectrum disorder.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of sensory integration therapy, excellent rapport with kids, good written + verbal communication.
• Mindset: Child-led, play-based approach. Patient, creative, and team-oriented.
