- Plan, develop and deliver nursing education and training programs.
- Conduct orientation programs for newly joined nursing staff.
- Provide ongoing clinical training and skill enhancement sessions.
- Assess nursing competencies and identify training needs.

- Support implementation of infection control and patient safety guidelines.
