Job Description
- Prepare operation theatre for surgeries, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and surgical team during procedures.
- Arrange surgical instruments and ensure proper handling during operations.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Prepare patients for surgery and verify patient details and consent.
- Monitor patient condition during surgery (in coordination with anesthetist).
- Handle surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies count before and after procedures.
