- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
- Assist in procedures such as intubation, suctioning, and line insertion.
- Maintain and operate neonatal equipment like incubators, ventilators, and phototherapy units.
- Record and document patient observations, interventions, and progress accurately.
