• Lead and manage the Quality Control department.
• Ensure compliance with GMP / GLP / regulatory guidelines.
• Review and approve raw material, in-process, and finished product test results.
• Supervise QC team and manage training, performance, and scheduling.
• Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT results, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Maintain QC documentation, SOPs, and data integrity.
