- Supervise day-to-day QA/QC operations in production and laboratory.
- Review and approve SOPs, protocols, BMRs, QC reports.
- Handle deviation, CAPA, change control & OOS/OOT investigations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP & regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with QC, Production, R&D & Regulatory Affairs for quality-related activities.
- Monitor quality KPIs, trends & process improvements.
- Train and mentor junior quality staff.
