Job Description
- Prepare OT for cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries.
- Arrange specialized instruments for cardiac procedures.
- Assist surgeons during open-heart and vascular surgeries.
- Maintain strict sterile technique throughout long procedures.
- Handle heart-lung machine coordination with perfusion team.
- Monitor patient status in coordination with anaesthesia team.
- Ensure accurate surgical counts (sponges, needles, instruments).
- Provide immediate post-operative support before ICU transfer.
