• Patient Assessment & Monitoring – Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, and overall clinical condition.
• Critical Care Administration – Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other prescribed therapies accurately under ICU protocols.
• Life-Saving Interventions – Assist or perform emergency procedures such as CPR, intubation support, and ventilator management as required.
• Equipment Management – Operate and monitor ICU equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and defibrillators.
• Patient Care & Hygiene – Provide comprehensive nursing care including hygiene, nutrition, repositioning, wound care, and catheter management for critically ill patients.
