Job Description
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries.
- Prepare patients for surgery, including pre-operative assessments and documentation.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during CTVS procedures (in OT settings).
- Monitor patients in post-operative ICU (CTICU), including vital signs and hemodynamic status.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, anticoagulants, and cardiac drugs as prescribed.
- Manage life-support equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
