Job Description

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of gastrointestinal, hepatic, pancreatic, and biliary disorders in OPD, IPD, and ICU settings.
• Perform and supervise diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including Upper GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, and related interventions.
• Manage gastrointestinal emergencies such as GI bleeding, acute liver failure, pancreatitis, and inflammatory bowel disease.
• Participate in teaching and clinical training of MBBS students, interns, and residents as per NMC guidelines.
• Conduct bedside teaching, case discussions, and departmental academic sessions.
• Coordinate with General Medicine, Surgery, Radiology, and Critical Care teams for multidisciplinary patient management.
