• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures like endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP (if trained), and sigmoidoscopy.
• Manage OPD consultations and IPD patient care.
• Handle emergency cases like GI bleeding, liver failure, and acute pancreatitis.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including LFT, imaging, and biopsy reports.
