Job Description

  • Administer general, regional, and specialized cardiac anesthesia safely and effectively.
  • Conduct preoperative assessment of cardiac patients and optimize anesthetic risk management.
  • Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics, cardiac function, and use of cardiopulmonary bypass.
  • Lead and mentor junior cardiac anesthetists, residents, and OT staff.
  • Manage perioperative complications, including arrhythmias, hypotension, and bleeding.
  • Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and critical care teams.
  • Ensure adherence to cardiac anesthesia protocols, patient safety, and ethical standards.
