Job Description
- Administer general, regional, and specialized cardiac anesthesia safely and effectively.
- Conduct preoperative assessment of cardiac patients and optimize anesthetic risk management.
- Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics, cardiac function, and use of cardiopulmonary bypass.
- Lead and mentor junior cardiac anesthetists, residents, and OT staff.
- Manage perioperative complications, including arrhythmias, hypotension, and bleeding.
- Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and critical care teams.
- Ensure adherence to cardiac anesthesia protocols, patient safety, and ethical standards
