Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist
Qualification: BPharm
Location: Venkateshwar Hospital, Dwarka - New Delhi, Delhi
Work Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Job Description

Review and evaluate prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
Provide counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize drug therapy.
Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors.
Participate in clinical rounds and provide drug-related recommendations.
Maintain and update patient medication records and documentation.
Develop and implement medication protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Educate patients and healthcare staff on new drugs, therapies, and rational drug use.
