3. Maintain accurate study documentation and Case Report Forms (CRFs).
4. Monitor patient safety and report Adverse Events (AE/SAE) on time.
5. Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees.
6. Assist in regulatory submissions and approvals.
7. Ensure compliance with SOPs and support audit activities.
8. Prepare study reports and maintain confidential trial data.
