Job Description
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and performance of HVAC systems in manufacturing and cleanroom areas.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements for temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, and air changes.
- Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and ventilation systems.
- Lead cleanroom qualification activities including air balancing, HEPA filter integrity (PAO/DOP), and particle count validation.
- Monitor HVAC system performance and optimize energy efficiency and cost control.
