• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of utility systems such as HVAC, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, and DG Set.
• Monitor and maintain Water Systems including RO, DM Plant, Softener, Purified Water (PW), and WFI systems (if applicable).
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment as per maintenance schedule.
• Maintain logbooks, utility records, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Monitor critical utility parameters like temperature, pressure, humidity, and differential pressure.
