Job Description
- Diagnose and surgically treat diseases and disorders of the heart, lungs, esophagus, and major blood vessels.
- Perform complex procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, aortic aneurysm repair, and lung resections.
- Evaluate patients’ pre-operative status, medical history, and imaging studies to plan surgical interventions.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams for perioperative management.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively, ensuring optimal recovery and complication prevention.
- Conduct minimally invasive and robotic-assisted cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries where applicable.
