  • Job Title: Assistant Manager (Business Development)

Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day QA/QC operations in production and laboratory.
  • Review and approve SOPs, protocols, BMRs, QC reports.
  • Handle deviation, CAPA, change control & OOS/OOT investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP & regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
  • Coordinate with QC, Production, R&D & Regulatory Affairs for quality-related activities.
  • Monitor quality KPIs, trends & process improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior quality staff.
  • Ensure documentation control and data integrity.
  • Support vendor audits, supplier qualification & risk assessment.
