Job Description

  • Prepare OT rooms, ensure sterilization, and arrange surgical instruments before procedures.
  • Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining sterile techniques.
  • Monitor patient vitals intra-operatively and support anesthesia teams as required.
  • Ensure proper surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and consumables.
  • Maintain OT records, case sheets, and sterilization logs accurately.
  • Follow aseptic and infection control protocols strictly.
  • Prepare patients pre-operatively and assist in post-operative transfer.
