Job Description
- Prepare OT rooms, ensure sterilization, and arrange surgical instruments before procedures.
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining sterile techniques.
- Monitor patient vitals intra-operatively and support anesthesia teams as required.
- Ensure proper surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and consumables.
- Maintain OT records, case sheets, and sterilization logs accurately.
- Follow aseptic and infection control protocols strictly.
- Prepare patients pre-operatively and assist in post-operative transfer.
