Job Description

  • Handle cashless & reimbursement cases with TPAs/insurance companies.
  • Process pre-authorization, enhancement & final approval requests.
  • Coordinate with billing, medical records & clinical teams.
  • Ensure timely submission of claims and required documents.
  • Follow up with TPAs/insurers for approvals & settlements.
  • Counsel patients/attendants on insurance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, MIS & daily reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital & insurance policies.
