- Handle cashless & reimbursement cases with TPAs/insurance companies.
- Process pre-authorization, enhancement & final approval requests.
- Coordinate with billing, medical records & clinical teams.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and required documents.
- Follow up with TPAs/insurers for approvals & settlements.
- Counsel patients/attendants on insurance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, MIS & daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital & insurance policies.
