Job Description
- Diagnose and manage patients with solid tumors requiring surgical intervention.
- Perform oncologic surgeries including tumor resections, lymph node dissections, and minimally invasive procedures.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative care, including perioperative planning and recovery monitoring.
- Conduct OPD, IPD, and emergency surgical oncology consultations.
- Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, and multidisciplinary tumor boards for comprehensive care.
- Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and operating room staff.
- Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, patient safety, and infection control standards.
