Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage patients with benign and malignant tumors requiring surgery.
2. Plan and perform complex oncologic surgeries, including tumor resections and reconstructive procedures.
3. Evaluate patients preoperatively and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
4. Monitor patients postoperatively and manage complications.
5. Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
6. Participate in emergency surgical care for cancer-related complications.
7. Mentor and supervise surgical residents, fellows, and support staff.
