Job Description
- Supervise daily production activities for liquid dosage forms such as syrups, suspensions, solutions, and elixirs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during manufacturing operations.
- Monitor dispensing, compounding, filtration, and filling processes.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and operator training.
- Review batch manufacturing records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure equipment cleaning, CIP/SIP (where applicable), and line clearance activities.
