Description

Proficiency in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Ability to conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Strong understanding of retail sales principles and techniques, including upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling. Ability to motivate and train sales associates to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Excellent customer service skills to greet customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and build customer loyalty.
Leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate store staff, delegate tasks, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive work environment. Ability to lead by example and inspire teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Ability to convey information clearly, listen actively, and communicate expectations and instructions to staff.
