- Manage procurement of medical, non-medical, and administrative supplies as per organizational requirements.
- Identify and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Coordinate with departments to forecast demand, plan purchases, and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Inspect delivered goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and maintain data in ERP/store management systems.
- Monitor expiry dates, batch details, and ensure adherence to safety, storage, and regulatory standards.
