Job Description
- Prepare OT and surgical instruments before procedures.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgeries.
- Monitor patient condition during and after surgery.
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Maintain OT records, instrument sterilization logs, and patient charts.
- Assist in post-operative patient care and recovery.
- Support OT audits and compliance with hospital / NABH standards.
