- Supervise and manage all nursing activities in the CTICU.
- Ensure high-quality patient care for critically ill cardiothoracic patients.

- Monitor nursing staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of ICU equipment such as ventilators and monitors.
