1. Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their clinical condition and treatment plan.
2. Assess and monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
3. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
4. Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and other clinical documentation.
5. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
6. Monitor patients for any deterioration or adverse reactions and promptly report abnormalities to the doctor/Nursing In-charge.
7. Maintain proper medication administration practices, including the right patient, drug, dose, route, time, and documentation.
8. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
