Job Description
- Diagnose and manage patients with respiratory and lung diseases such as asthma, COPD, tuberculosis, and pneumonia.
- Conduct patient assessments, order investigations, and interpret lab and imaging results like chest X-rays and CT scans.
- Perform and assist in procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and pulmonary function tests.
- Monitor critically ill respiratory patients in ICU and wards, including ventilator management.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient response and clinical guidelines.
- Supervise junior residents, interns, and respiratory therapy staff in patient care activities.
