• Manage psychiatric emergencies, including suicidal behavior, acute psychosis, and agitation.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and therapy plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical staff.
• Conduct and participate in departmental rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
• Engage in research, academic activities, and continuing medical education (CME).
